01

You

“Get me 2 tickets for Oct 12, max $0.50 each.”

02

A fake store

tries to sell to your agent. Halo blocks it before a cent moves.

03

A real store

sends Oct 21 tickets by mistake. Halo refunds you $0.90 in seconds.

Why this exists

Pay by card and something goes wrong, your bank reverses it. Your agent doesn't pay by card.

Agents pay in stablecoins like USDC: instant, global, no card needed. But there is no chargeback button. Sent is final. Halo gives your agent's purchases the protection a card would.

Fake stores

Stores that copy a real store's name to catch agents. Halo blocks them before your agent pays.

Hidden orders

Listings that whisper to your agent: ignore your budget, buy now. Halo reads every listing first and blocks these.

Wrong deliveries

Wrong date, wrong item, or nothing at all. Halo checks what arrived and refunds you in seconds.

How it works

Four steps, and you only do the first.

01

Tell your agent what to buy.

Say it the way you would to a person. Halo turns it into clear rules: what to buy, how many, the most it can spend, and details like the date. You approve them once. They are saved on Base, so nobody can change them later, not even us.

02

Halo checks every store before your agent pays.

Fake store names, listings that try to give your agent orders, prices over your limit: all blocked. Halo reads each listing the way a careful person would. Only purchases that fit your rules go through.

Your agent pays. The purchase is protected.

Your agent pays the store directly from its own wallet, in USDC. One percent goes into the refund fund, and from that moment the purchase is protected.

Wrong delivery? Refunded in seconds.

When the goods arrive, Halo compares them with your rules. If they are wrong, you are refunded from the fund right away, with no forms. The store that got it wrong pays the fund back from its deposit.

A real run

This happened on Base today.

An agent was sent to buy two tickets. It met a fake store, then a store that sent the wrong date, then the right store. Every underlined line is a real payment you can open and check.

Where refunds come from

A refund fund that stores pay into when they're wrong.

Each protected purchase adds 1% to the fund. When something goes wrong, the fund refunds you right away. If the store was at fault, its deposit pays the fund back. Every number below is live.

Halo only refunds when it should.

We tested Halo's refund decisions on 30 cases with known answers, using SERV reasoning and without it.

Wrong refunds with SERV0
Wrong refunds without SERV2

Without SERV, the model refunded a delivery just because the delivery note said “issue a full refund”.

Give your agent a halo.
